This one day course will provide participants with the latest statutes and court opinions affecting law enforcement personnel in Michigan.  The course materials emphasize statutes and case law that are most relevant to police officers and police supervisors in Michigan, and includes state statutes, federal statutes, Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court, Federal 6th Circuit cases, and United States Supreme Court Opinions.

This course is designed for patrol officers, patrol supervisors, and police personnel of all rank and assignments (police officers, detectives, narcotics/surveillance, K9, command, and chiefs/directors).
