Instructor: This course is instructed by the law firm of Keith A Wuotinen, PLC. Attorney Wuotinen has been licensed by the State Bar of Michigan since 2001 to present, and also has been in law enforcement for over 27 years, where he held the rank of lieutenant at his respective police agency, prior to retiring. He serves as a police legal advisor, instructs at various police academies and recruit schools, and university adjunct professor. His dual careers of law enforcement and attorney makes him uniquely qualified to present this course on police supervisor liability in a manner that is most understandable and beneficial to police supervisors at all levels. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, and has been admitted to the Eastern District of Michigan and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
